Reasonable outdoor reception. Poor / Very poor indoor reception. AT&T tower is on Montara peak so the steep hill west of Seville is likely weakening signal.

Terrible coverage in downtown San Carlos. Shows 4 bars and LTE but will not load webpages or apps. Has gotten worse in past year?? Often have to switch to 3G

Have had Verizon for over 6 years. This last year started working in San Carlos. I have 4 bars but dropped calls all the time. I have LTE but can't load websites or check email. Seems like no carrier has their act together around here.

This past week (end of September), coinciding with beginning of the school year, service went from bad (one bar, delayed notice of calls) to "no service vodafone NL". First time it has been this awful. Reading other comments, it looks like changing phones or carriers will do no good. And this is in the heart of "Silicon Valley". It is a joke.

I am now counting the days to change companies. Sprint is bad everywhere in the Bay, and is TERRIBLE in Fremont. I am a physician and drop calls daily from my house or in the car- It's atrocious. Internet is worse than cell reception too, and nonexistent in the city.

Terrible! 1-bar. 2-bars occasionally. When I upgrade my iPhone I will be gone to Verizon. After all, this is the center of Silicon Valley! Also had to return AT&T microcell. It would not lock on poor AT&T signal.

Sprint sucks and the only reason they get service is because they roam and use verizons signal because they use the same cdma technology
