2-3 bars to no service whatsoever. Spotty at best. I used to be able to sustain calls here but dropped calls have increased significantly in past 2 months. Several hours on the phone with T-Mobile during the past month has yielded broken promises and frustration. T-Mobile is no longer responsive. Am looking for new carrier.

It used to provide a good signal, but now I get absolutely no signal inside of the building. Reception has been really bad around this area even outside. It used to be a full strength, but now 2 or 3 signal if you are lucky. Quite few Sprint users here (Evo user, iPhone user, etc.) complain the same thing.

I don't know what is going on with Sprint, I'm their customer for 5+ years and reception always worked fine in my home! The last two days, the Sprint reception completely went dead... .tried calling Sprint a few times, they are saying they see everything is working fine on their end and think it's my phone's problem! Are you kidding me, if my phone has a problem how come when I go down further down towards 101S (airport blvd) the phone work fine! Ridiculous! Looks like it's time to change carrier.

In our home, I'm lucky if I get 2 bars. On rare occasions usually late at night, I might get three for a few seconds.
