During a 7 hour power outage on Monday, August 7, 2020 I had 1 bar or "No Service" for most of that period. This is very unsettling, particularly during an extended outage, to have insufficient coverage. Text messages kept bouncing back, and internet was unusable.

Looks like AT&T has abandoned halfmoon bay. No service and judging by the other reviews they stopped covering this area about 4 years ago.

I’ve been with Verizon for years. In recent months the bars went from 4 to 1. I can hardly download anything with LTE. I am dropping calls all over the bay area in areas that never dropped before what is going on?

I’ve been with Verizon for years with great service from my home in Miramar north of Half Moon Bay. The The reception bars is now down to one. Downloading anything on LTE is next to impossible. What is going on?

Outgoing calls fail after one second of ringing. If an outgoing call manages to connect, the other person cannot hear and / or the call drops. Incoming calls go to voicemail without ringing.

Towers out at least 1-2 weeks a month for more then half the year. They say they haven’t heard. How can you tell them you have no service when you have no service to call them. The towers are down and will be up and running the middle of Jan. Really?? How many people pay top dollar for service that has 1 tower? They don’t have a second tower to cover the area. And slow. Arg. Then they argue with you that there is service. Rite! I’ve had then since Cellular one. They were good. 20+ years. Lots of $$$
