No coverage for months. Repeated calls and mark-the-spot app does nothing. They said that is a no tower area. Was this review helpful to you?
Been out for months. Many of us on the trail of Sawyer Camp 950 Skyline Blvd... ..be careful on the trail NO ATT coverageWas this review helpful to you?
Zero reception at my house on Rockaway Beach Ave. I have to walk down to the Shell station at Hwy. 1 for any bars. I will be cancelling my AT&T service - what's the point? Was this review helpful to you?
AT&T does not work unless you are on Hwy. 1. At 1, you can only get 1 bar of coverage. Tomorrow, I am going with Verizon. AT&T provides absolutely ridiculous service. Was this review helpful to you?
Very poor reception. Under 80kbps and dropped signals. Unbelievable in 2018 in such an urban / tech savvy area. Was this review helpful to you?
10 years ago, it was far better, now I have to stand in the street to find a good spot to have a call without it dropping. I'm waiting for the first carrier to improve the coverage and then I will switch. Was this review helpful to you?
Full bar but working with edge all the time. Connection speed varying from 0 to 200 kbps. I paid for unlimited data (4g) and it is really annoying. Even in the city center it is not great, even though it goes around 4 Mbps in that part of the city. Was this review helpful to you?
Was OK when I moved here over 2 yrs. ago, but now can barely make or receive a call! Was this review helpful to you?
My wife and I used to get good reception a year ago, now we can't even get an app to work. We get calls most of the time but if we move around the house while on the call it gets choppy. Was this review helpful to you?
Learned that Verizon and AT&T vie for cell tower locations. One would think that in the midst of Silicon Valley someone would be able to negotiate functional reception for subscribers. Expensive booster(s) are useless. Calls continually 'drop' and / or have abysmal reception. Was this review helpful to you?
