I'm sending this review from inside the 5 guys restaurant in westborugh square shopping area, right by the ATT store.! Reception for AT&T in this area is very poor. Inside our house which is up the street off rowntree way is spotty at best. We're paying all this ridiculous amount of $$$$ on AT&T wireless and U-verse and they still can't fix the problem in this area. I remember telling one of the AT&T reps at the store about it a few years ago and all he can say was "we know, we know.."jeebuz..!

Used to have service with Cingular; worked fine. When they were bought out by AT&T service was spotty at best. Since April 2016, I have had NO reception at all. Called AT&T for a refund, DENIED. Asked for a mini-tower, DENIED. I will try T-Mobile next, Verizon after that.

In the last month AT&T has gone from poor to unacceptable. There is no longer enough signal for my MicroCell booster to function a devise that AT&T provided because of poor reception in my home. I have been with AT&T since they bought Cellular 1 but them seem to have written off the San Mateo coast since most people a fled to carriers with much better signal coverage.

The past year AT&T cell service for the Half Moon Bay coastside has declined. Many area I have no service. I am lucky to get 2 bars anywhere on coastside now. Used to get full bars in previous years. Have to switch carriers.
