Verizon's service has been weak for years (3 bars) but it got much worse in 7 / 2016. Now it is unusable and Verizon refuses to fix it. They sent us a cheesey repeater to shut us up. I travel here regularly for work, been a VZW customer for over 13 years, and have never had as bad a signal as I have had here. And it is throughout the East Bay. Dropped calls, unsent texts, weak signal, 3G and less. Very frustrating.Was this review helpful to you?

I guess when it comes to calls I'm just lucky after reading all the other reviews but I can say that any 4 G / L T E is nearly none existent and as they can lie through their teeth in advertisements and get away with it. Great legal system we have, if you can buy it!Was this review helpful to you?

My mobile / smart phone coverage is through Sprint (unlimited $98 @ month)... I have an AT&T Wi-Fi / TV at home because I live in a dead zone... ($48 @ month)... Berkeley, Ca... go figure... this coverage drops off when I'm in my back yard... a very small property... When I am out and about my phone drops off unless I am by a business that has free Wi-Fi. I keep trying to find cheaper service... all the sales people do is shrug their shoulders and say... I have a great deal...Was this review helpful to you?
