I have a Nexus 4 on T-Mobile and rarely get more than one bar and often have no coverage when in my home. I also have an iPhone with Verizon and get great reception with that. Verizon is even faster than my WiFi sometimes.

Almost all calls are dropped within 5 minutes. Verizon was better a few years ago. I think I might give T Mobile a try now that they are paying money for my Iphone 4 when I sign up and get an I phone 5

Cell reception in downtown Berkeley is not that great. What I don't get is how I can get 52mbps download and 20mbps upload while sitting on college ave at chabot rd in Oakland but in downtown berkeley on LTE I get 5mbps download and 0.3mbps upload. Some of this probably has to do with the building I live in but I'm on the 4th floor and there's a cell tower two blocks up the street on Addison and a cell tower at UC campus.

We don't get any reception in the stonebrae community. We can switch from AT&T. Can other carriers work in this area?

On my 3g phone I get mostly only 1 bar (and cycling rapidly between 2 and 3 bars). So many of my calls go directly to voice mail without ringing my phone.

NO coverage in this area at all! Until you get to the marina, I would hate to live in this area since the whole neighbor hood is a T-Mobile dead zone, Verizon and AT&T get perfect signal even metro gets signal!, T-Mobile is aware but have not bothered fixing it, maybe the metro merger will fix this? I won't find out since I have switched to Verizon

Great coverage! Phone says "4G" but I get EDGE speeds! Very misleading Coverage and T-Mobile is aware but have not done nothing about it.

Inside Ballys gym 4G lte drops to 3G and depending where you are within the building coverage drops to 1 bar sometimes you get 2 bars when your near the windows. Verizon should add a cell cite to improve this area.

I don't use my phone that much. When I reported problems I was asked how often I had a problem of no reception.. I told the rep that it didn't matter how many time... the purpose of a cell phone is to be able to use it when needed or wanted... .He then told me it would be fixed within 72 hours,,that was on 2 / 23... .today is 3 / 7 and I still have no reception from my neighborhood!
