I have Metro by T-Mobile so I figured I'd post this in the T-Mobile section as well... . Barely fuctions on mobile data. Couldn't connect to MyMetro app in the MetroPCS Store. The salesperson had to give me the WiFi password so I could use the app. Streaming is impossible. Speed is prohibitively slow for downloads or updates. If you have any info or interest in what we can do about this situation, filing a class action suit, contact me at slyde722@gmail.com. Something needs to be done that will get T-mobile's attention and force them to fix this problem

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy s21 5g. Today is 4 / 24 / 21, so I'm using one of the best phones available on this date. Current mobile data download speed is 1.12mb / s and 1.96mb / s upload. This tells me that download speeds are being throttled. DL speed is always twice as fast as UL speed. Even with this slow service, I should be getting 3.5, but closer to 4 mb / s DL speed. I've also noticed that from midnight to 6 am the network speeds are significantly increased. Now to figure out why the network is being throttled. If anyone has any info or would like to contact me about putting together a class action suit to force T-Mobile to address this problem, please contact me at slyde722@gmail.com.

Bad went to horrible once T-Mobile took over. We can’t receive or send any text messages. Forget phone calls.

Calls are constantly dropping since early November 2020. Have called AT&T several times, waited up to 53 minutes, and then being disconnected. Very Frustrating with dropped calls and poor customer service with AT&T!
