Verizon coverage in house is quite good, though the 3G sometimes does not work. No phone dead zones in house, but customer service in recent months has been HORRIBLE, so I am looking around. Was this review helpful to you?
Horrible. I even bought the micro cell tower. Still no good. AT&T told me my upload speeds on my ISP was too slow... Seriously? I have to upgrade from a $55 ISP plan to $100 / month or more? My phone was stolen last night and it seems that I'm going to have to give Verizon a try...Was this review helpful to you?
Recently upgraded two phones and re-signed two year contract. We get next to no bars throughout apt., occasionally may get one bar on a "good" day. Calls regularly dropped. It is VERY aggravating and disappointing. We mistakenly thought we would have better service with At&t service and the upgrade of phones. Was this review helpful to you?

I just got this phone and cannot get a signal anywhere in my apartment. Worthless. I switched from Verizon, which had great reception in the apartment. My gf's AT&T iphone works good here, too. Guess I'm gonna have to cancel and switch back. What a hassle. Was this review helpful to you?
We've been at this location for more than 3 years and never had a problem with signal strength and call quality until recently. Our problem (on both phones / lines) is that the first call doesn't always have audio when dialing and connecting. The call would go through but you can't hear the other person; you can't hear the dialing tone either. It's not a dropped call but a connected call without sound. So we'd have to hang up and redial and always, the second time it's fine. We've been having this issue for more than 2 months now and am considering leaving TMobile once our contract expires. Was this review helpful to you?
I have no service in my apt, which is on the top of hill off Piedmont Ave. Additionally, down the street I have no service in office building near hospitals. Dropped calls almost daily, or just missed all together. Data always works well though, even when have spotty coverage. Was this review helpful to you?
In and out conversation, more out than in. Finally had to use landline phone just to have a decent conversation. Cannot get dish network neither, sigh....Was this review helpful to you?
