We have no reception in our home. And even outside, the phones often don't ring even though people call us and text's come in hours after sent and people sometimes do not get my texts!

No ability to txt to / from or receive or make calls for the past 3 days. Sprint can only tell me they are upgrading the towers and should be done yesterday, no... maybe today... or maybe in the next 72 hours. Horrible service and worst customer service... very scripted..called 3 times already... they can't tell me a thing!

For over 3 months now we are experiencing dropped calls, often low bars, garbled communications. We end up using our land line 50% of time. I asked for and got a $30 discount on our last bill this time I am asking for 1 / 2 off. The only thing that works is messaging. We would change if we didn't have 1 year to go on our phones

People call me and my phone does not ring; I try calling others and can't get thru. I might as well not have a phone at all. I upgraded my phone with Sprint, thinking maybe it was a hardware issue, but the new phone had just as much trouble. Will probably break my contract it is so terrible.

No reception and bot even 3G capable at a God damn INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. Pathetic, and its the same way at SFO! Way to go Sprint. Switching as soon as my contract is up.

Mastick Senior Center, you can see the Cell tower on the corner of the parking lot. Roughly 25-30ft high, black with a transformer. If you can see this tower you will be getting anywhere from 14mbps to 30mbps. 4GLTE service. This upgrade was done roughly in June / July.

I range between zero and two bars. If I walk from the back of the house to the living room I often get a signal for a voice mail that was sent a half hour earlier. AT&T reception is just awful and I can't wait for the timing in my faimly plan to allow me to look for another provider. Now I'm wondering what a microcell entails (another commenter got one for free?).

Constant, predictable dropped calls and frustrating bouts of "hello? can you hear me? hello, are you there?" Like nothing else. Absolutely frustrating. Happens all over the neighborhood, inside the house, outside the house, doesn't matter. Friends and neighbors report the same. Bay Area alarm, which has cell signal strength testing equipment, couldn't install service at my location because the cell service was too weak. AT&T's coverage map depicts this neighborhood as "best" coverage. I consider this FRAUD.
