Awful service. Typically calls drop and incoming never make it through. Have complained multiple times with no satisfaction. They want to sell me a $200 device to boost signal at my house but I won't pay more to get a signal they should already prove for my $150 per month cost. My contract is up in December and I'd like to change

i've lived in this neighbhood less than a month and twice now, my cell phone has had no service, at all, for several hours. it's unbelievably frustrating and actually dangerous to not be able to get any signal at all to make an outbound call. The worst cell reception is no reception. this is the second time in a week it's occurred, and it seems to be a long standing issue.

Hard to have a call longer than 20 minutes without dropping (ttypically during an important call with one's boss) But generally can at least eventually get the message across

I work in Piedmont and Oakland. The AT&T service is quite poor in most areas. If I didn't have five different phone under my coverage, with each of them having a different contract date, I would definitely switch.

On my route between home and work, reception goes from 5 bars to 0 several times. It's a short walk, and no valleys / hills to worry about. This poor reception is just WTF.

I lose reception all of the time and constantly have to raise my phone up to get service, I cannot make any phone calls because the other person on the line cannot hear me and they always cut off.

AT&T and T-Mobile have poor reception in my area. When I try to talk on the phone, people can't hear me most of the time. My girlfriend has Verizon and it works great in my area. I wish AT&T would step up their game or I will have to look into changing to Verizon. Although Verizon is more expensive, I would rather make sure I'm able to make a phone call without any interference especially living in a high crime area.

ATT is a nearly criminal organization. They continually sell phones that they do not have an infrastructure to handle. They know and admit that. The coverage map is pure fiction, and people at the retail stores have admitted that to me. What they do have is a huge corporation with a huge staff of lawyers so they can do as they please. My cell does not work in Albany or Montclair even though they assured me it would work in those areas when I bought it. The microcell works so sporadically it is useless as well. ATT couldn't make two cans and a string and not screw that up as well.

So bad reception I using my cell business.. I'm not recommend AT&T at all Just use less I'll Change service to veraizon next month
