Does not work at all. Anywhere on Stevens Creek close to De Anza Blvd.you cannot get any reception of any kind and calls will cut out and web browsing will not work.

No service at many of my locations. 30+ minutes on the phone with customer service. He checked my phone-no problem. So, he said that cell towers were down and that I'd get my reception back that day. NOPE. Still NO SERVice or 1 bar with terrible reception at those same locations. Ugh.

Good near Ecr and San Thomas as there is a T-Mobile store there. But in my living room it often says no service. I have to go in the backyard and stand in a certain spot. Not fun when it's cold and raining.

Verizon in last two years has worst than metro PCS in this area. I really need to now move on.. I think I waited enough for them to fix it. Multiple Support tickets for this issue. Standard white wash answer from Verizon support folks. This area is subpar coverage area. Seriously..This is freaking hub of technical innovation, heart of silicon valley. not some out in bonny point in Midwest.

Number of bars for reception ranges from no bars to max of 2 bars. Can't hear what party on other end is saying. Reception quality is very poor and garbled. AT&T marketing deception and ploy for them to say they have coverage. What we need to see is QUALITY and STRENGTH of coverage.

Verizon data coverage is really bad here. Over the past 2 years it has gotten worse and worse. Two years ago (around late 2013 / early 2014) I could get good data coverage in this year, now half the time, data doesn't work. It's really bad. Not sure what happened, as it USED to work really great..

Went from one bar to no bars in our apartment on the top floor and forget having reception inside any part of the building when on the first floor. Makes waiting for / meeting up with guests to bring them upstairs impossible.

I'm lucky if I can look something up on google. Pages take forever to load and often fail. No connectivity. Often my phone is 1x or 1 or 2 bars of 3G but still doesn't work. Internet is a little better late at night for some reason. My friend has metro and her 4g works fine in my house no problem. Mine is the much more expensive Verizon service. Go figure... We both have the 64 gig iPhone 6.
