The problem with AT&T her is almost everyone has newer phones. These phone are all set to use LTE. AT&T's LTE is like a HUB sharing the connection. At work I have almost no connection ALL THE TIME! Turned off LTE and IT WORKS GREAT. AT&T YOUR LTE IS THE WORST!Was this review helpful to you?
Need a signal booster (t-mobile 4g lte) to make the phone usable. Generally reception in the bay area is terrible for T-Mobile. Slow data speeds and interrupted calls. Phones are unusable in about 40% of the areas I frequent. Was this review helpful to you?
The cell tower is too short. Does not reach very well to Valley Medical Center. Too many tall trees and tall buildings blocking the cellular signal. 0-2 bars only and the tower is only 3 blocks away! Was this review helpful to you?
We're a few block south of Steven Creek. Most of the time I only got 1-2 bars of the reception signal inside my house. People on the other end often asked me to repeat what I said. Walking outside of the house is also 2 bars, very rarely up to 3. A few years back, Verizon was better than AT&T; but now, not anymore. Was this review helpful to you?
I rarely have any problem with AT&T's network (through PureTalkUSA). Both data and cellular works reasonably well at my home. Was this review helpful to you?
Been in the area for 4 years... had no issues with the service until a few months ago and it has been absolutely horrible. Calls drop all the time now.Was this review helpful to you?
Calls dropped all the time in apartment. Have to borrow families metropcs phone to make calls. Website is horrible try to add a line before I realized how horrible service is and couldn't even sign in. How can I be in Silicon Valley and not find decent cell reception? Was this review helpful to you?
It seems like my AT&T cell coverage has become extremely erratic in the past few weeks. When I am inside my home it keeps switching to no service. Cannot receive calls, texts except over wifi. This has happened over last 2 weeks. The phone works fine elsewhere outside the cupertino / house area. Was this review helpful to you?
Inside or outside my house coverage is spotty. I'll see 4 bars on my phone, but by the time I'm done dialing it's down to 2 bars, so who are they kidding. It's marginally better than AT&T, my previous carrier. But Sprint still gives me dropped calls, very poor voice quality, and times when it takes 4-8 hours before I receive a text or voice message. Bottom line, I'm looking for a new carrier. Right now T-Mobile is in the running. Was this review helpful to you?
