What good is unlimited internet access if Verizon doesn't support the deivice or the service. One would think that when I went to the default Search Home Page that the message that I could change my preferances at the MS Bing Home Page wouldnt display either! But NO there it is. I have lived in the area for 2 years starting 2012. Verizon cell reception has always been bad, one bar at most in my home. I could however make calls when standing by a window upstairs in my house and I had the occasional dropped call. Lately, since the building of the stadium and all of the new construction I cannot make many calls and when I do get a call to go through it gets dropped multiple times and I cannot keep a connection for more than 2 minutes. Horrible. Verizon tells me it's my phone but I have had 3 different cell phones and everyone who comes over has a different cell phone and they can't make calls either.Was this review helpful to you?

Good voice quality, decent data, but there are times when data really sucks, especially in downtown SF. I would give them a good rating but they are too expensive, thinking about switching to T-Mobile.Was this review helpful to you?

I get 3G everywhere in Santa Clara near airport, and south into South San Jose. However, within 1 block of my house, it miraculously switches to 4G (where I have DSL anyway via WiFi), and up to 1 mile directly south. Seems like they have a single 4G cell tower in my area, but not at Meridian and Hamilton like the Sprint sales office was touting (all 3G there).Was this review helpful to you?
Service has been mediocre at best (2-3 bars) for the last 2 years, but rarely dropped. In the last few months (8 / 13-10 / 13) it has consistently been 1 bar and regularly drops indoors.Was this review helpful to you?
