I used to have perfect five bar reception. Then last Thursday, I don't get reception at all. Not in my house, not in my driveway: I have to cross the street to get reception. This is unacceptable.

I regularly call Sprint to complain about the reception of one-two bars at home. Even outside the reception dips significantly in San Jose. Sprint blames my phone- I reboot, they reset cell service, etc. with no effect. They blame my phone but then why does it work so well when I drive to other parts of the Bay like SFO or SF? Tired of being treated like I am crazy. Friend uses AT&T with similar issues.

Since April 2013 have lost use of my cell phone... .dropped calls, unable to use Internet, etc. Went to the Sprint Store on Stevens Creek Blvd.many times and they said phone is ok. Sprint is putting in new towers fixing old towers. Will be completed in July 28, 2013. Didn't happen. In the meantime many calls to Sprint, a lot of "we are working on it". It was escalated to "Tech Support" and still no bars on my phone. Sprint kept giving me the run around. So as of August 31, 2013 I still cannot use my phone in my area but apparently Sprint does not consider this a problem. It has been a nightmare. They leave a message saying to call the "888" number which you have to go through the whole scanario and the problem does not get resolved. I will not use Sprint any more. At least you can depend on land line. Yes, you cannot carry the phone with you but what you pay for cell phones and the monthly charges plus no customer / tech support to resolve problems is horrible.

AT&T techinical support claim that there tower in MTV was damaged and people in those areas cannot make or receive calls untill 23rd August. This is ridiculous

a week ago, Verizon mobile 3G disappeared in my neighborhood. I can't make calls, I can't receive calls. I have to drive 10 + min away just to get a signal. VERIZON MOBILE SUCKS! in Mountain View

I can hardly get 1 or 2 bars, and data is even worse. The Sprint store 0.2 mi away doesn't get any reception either. Very poor service.

I can make phone calls at home no problem but I have no Wi-Max 4G service at all. 15 miles away at work I can receive Wi-Max 4G at my desk, but nothing inside or outside at home. I have ZERO confidence that Sprint will have LTE coverage in my home area because they never had Wi-Max there. THIS IS WHY I have not upgraded my E4GT for a GS4 or Note2.

Zero to 1 bar reception, reception is terrible, can't sent pictures from phone to anyone anywhere! Waste of A LOT of money! When contract is up (soon thank goodness) am switching to Verizon.
