Zero to 1 bar reception, reception is terrible, can't sent pictures from phone to anyone anywhere! Waste of A LOT of money! When contract is up (soon thank goodness) am switching to Verizon.

Going from bay area to San Francisco and anywhere in the middle had very poor reception on Tmobile, especially data, inspite of having a 4G cellphone. Prepaid plans are cheap but the Internet sucks big time.

Incoming and outgoing calls get cut off within seconds, forcing use of landline phones.

Maybe many of you do not know this but reception in general is not so great within a certain proximity around Moffett Field no matter who your carrier is. I got this information from the data network guys in my IT department. It is why many companies near Moffett have cellular repeaters on their roof for their employees.

From above ya got reception if in a rich neighborhood or business park expecially electronics related. Been with Verizon since the 95 GTE days because of the coverage and as with all these lying sales businesses they jazz you with falsely claimed abilities and jack you with the contract, bill and actual performance. Charge you $700 for $50 of equipment with the performance of a $10 piece of stuff. Call for help and you are doing something wrong, and we are for putting up with them. We need to unite some how or another and work to get something done so we get the 50 to 100+ service we are paying for. RickS

In October 2011, ATT indicated a new cell tower would be set up near The Forum in Cupertino where reception is terrible. In nearly 18 months the tower is not up and no reason is being given. I contacted ATT, they indicated the tower was going up in May 2013, then they hit another delay.

If you live in Fremont CA, think about it before you SHOULD VERIZON Wireless. Im with Verizon over 8 years plus and very happy with the 3G services until I got Samsung S3. Told them, I don't have 4G services in my area (Fremont Hub). They told me, they will add new tower. While waiting for 4G, I received some credit discount every month. One year and half later, they discontinue my discount. Tower never added. The supervisor told me, Verizon no longer discount for any customer and will NOT have 4G around my area. Unless I have to buy network extender or cancel my contract early without penalty. That's BS! I cannot believed, they treat loyal customer this way. BTW..Verizon supervisor told me. If you live near freeway 680 or 880. More chance you will get 4G signals. Anywhere in Fremont CA will automatic switches to 3G network. Good Luck.

Frequent disconnections--up one per minute. Used to be better.

I get pretty good coverage in this area, at home, and as I am driving around Fremont. ATT is very satisfactory for my coverage!
