AT&T

The cell reception atbthis location is bloody aweful. I never get more than one bar to light up. It makes me wonder what I'm payong ATT for? If I'm connected to WiFi its fine but occasionally I just want cellular.

Can't make or receive phone calls inside the house and need to go to the back yard to talk. It is hard to listen and keeps cutting in and out. Thinking of getting my land line back!

Sporadic, intermittent coverage with frequent call drops

at best 2 bars and loss of service is common. Same phone at work in Santa Clara is a solid 5 bars.

Moved to San Jose from Dallas and I basically have coverage no where around my apartment which happens to be in a very crowded area, I’m going to switch to Verizon

phone signal has been lousy starting 2 weeks ago. I pay for 4G LTE unlimited plan but get two signal bars, sometimes one or no bars. data freezes every day and says it can't connect. it often switches to 3G which usually doesn't connect to internet, though I'm paying for 4G LTE. last month signal was fine and sometimes fast, even with cricket (switched from metro PCS because it was terrible. now cricket is terrible too) it uses a tower a couple blocks away and can't connect to internet... this is supposed to be silicon valley, the tech center of the world.

I too am having issues with TMobile reception. I am a veteran an am at VA hospital and clinic a lot. Their is zero service in those buildings and TMobile used a cop out response. They tell me that those areas might block signals. That is bull***t. I see other people on their phones with reception in their. I asked what service they had and some had ATT or Sprint. I am going to switch to one of those carriers.

We switched to AT&T from Verizon to reduce our TV contract fees. It was the worst phone decision we have made - 3-6 times the rate of call drops. As part of the switch, AT&T offered to buy our phones on the "switch to AT&T" program. It seems that they did not pay us what I thought we should have gotten - possibly debatable. When we tried to use the phones in France, they would not work - "Emergency calls only". When we switched back to Verizon, the AT&T phones would not work and we had to buy new phones.

Voice calls are good and I have no issues with texting. Data can be slow at times but it always works and loads my pages. Way better than AT&T
