Extremely poor to no reception in my home. Must walk around my pool in the backyard to avoid drops during phone calls. Generally rely on FaceTime talk to hold longer conversations.

Never had a problem until the last year or so... now, all calls have week signal (1-2 bars), dropped calls and "can you hear me now" all the time.

Rarely get above 1 bar / dot LTE inside my home: enough to text or slowly load websites but not enough to sustain streaming video or avoid dropped voice calls. Reception improves a bit immediately outside of my house: 2 bars: can hold onto voice calls but still not enough for streaming video (not that I'm watching videos out on my driveway, just using that as a testing benchmark). Reception improves dramatically when heading west, by White Rd, I've got 5 bars. There's a weird deadspot at Capitol and McKee: back down to 1 bar non-LTE, then it jumps back to 5 bars LTE at 680 / McKee.

Up until about February, coverage has been good. Since February, voice calls drop or cannot be made unless a specific spot is found. Data connectivity is slightly better, but pictures and websites lag. Videos are always buffering. Issue persists with different phones.

Pretty poor reception. My companies ATT phone gets poor reception as well.

Does not work at all. Anywhere on Stevens Creek close to De Anza Blvd.you cannot get any reception of any kind and calls will cut out and web browsing will not work.

No service at many of my locations. 30+ minutes on the phone with customer service. He checked my phone-no problem. So, he said that cell towers were down and that I'd get my reception back that day. NOPE. Still NO SERVice or 1 bar with terrible reception at those same locations. Ugh.

Just moved to the area. Major issue with cell coverage here. The signal will bounce from 3g to 1x, then maybe a faint 4g. Experienced a few drop calls. My wife spoke with VZW tech support for 2 wasted hours, checking phones, updates, etc... I wrote an email to the VP of the wireless operations, got a call from the exec relations. They say, they will send an engineer out to survey the area. We will see if it happens, probably after I which carriers. Expensively sad service.

Good near Ecr and San Thomas as there is a T-Mobile store there. But in my living room it often says no service. I have to go in the backyard and stand in a certain spot. Not fun when it's cold and raining.
