Verizon

Verizon drops most of the calls I receive or make from my house in Fremont, CA. I complained to Verizon. They investigated and confirmed the issue with coverage, however their solution was for me to buy and extender rather then for them to fix the coverage. Not only I would need to pay for extender out of my own pocket, but other people would be able to use this extender and thus use my Internet connection. This does not make any sense at all! By the way, I live in a densely populated area so many people must be affected by lack of coverage.

I barely switched from Verizon because the reception was so bad in Campbell and areas surrounding San Jose. I thought I could never get worse. T-Mobile proved me wrong. I've never been more disappointed with a switch I would give anything to have Verizon back. Worst phone reception I've ever had. Way to represent Silicon Valley T-mobile.

I get 1 bar just about everywhere I go in Los Gatos. Having just moved to LG I'm seriously tempted to switch carriers because Sprint just isn't cutting it. This is ridiculous.

Zero to one bar. Calls can be made but data connection rarely works.

The reception seems to have deteriorated over the last year. I get poor reception in and around the neighborhood as well.

Most of the day just 1 to 2 bars. Cant dial out and calls are dropped or people cant hear me. Terrible service here.

WORST service in the world, ALWAYS 0 (ZERO) BARS, sometimes 1 bar if you're lucky, doesn't work indoors at all. EVERYWHERE ELSE WORKS PERFECTLY

I have to walk outside to corner of lot to make calls on cellphone. We have a landline for normal usage.

Terrible reception at the San Jose Airport. All the way from Terminal B to Gate 1. At least the terrible reception is consistent.
