The cell tower is too short. Does not reach very well to Valley Medical Center. Too many tall trees and tall buildings blocking the cellular signal. 0-2 bars only and the tower is only 3 blocks away!

I rarely have any problem with AT&T's network (through PureTalkUSA). Both data and cellular works reasonably well at my home.

There is only one point or NO SIGNAL in this area. Couldn't hear voice clearly on the call and call failure occurs frequently. Pathetic service for the amount paid.

I can't say how many times I have ZERO reception with TMobile. I have called over and over. They have switched out my sim card so many times and then blamed my Samsung 4G! I bought it from them and they would not switch it out. When you can't get reception at Fremont Park to call police when Pit Bulls and other aggressive dogs are chasing / biting kids then what the heck is the point of a cell phone? I took Samsung phone to a cellular / tech guy and he saw ZERO phone issues. PHONE has no issues when I unlocked it and went with AT&T based Cricket. T-Mobile is the WORST! Parents should stay away from this carrier because too many times we have been SOL when we needed a phone.

Excellent reception when I visited Los Gatos, CA, using my LG Metro PCS phone. Whether talking or texting - no problems whatsoever. In fact, I have had MetroPCS for years now - reception was equally great from above the clouds in an airplane; from way out in the middle of nowhere on my way to Gustine, CA; calling CA from Florida; and even deep in a 30-foot deep storage unit. I truly have NEVER experienced any transmission problems with Metro PCS as my carrier.

Switched over to AT&T from T-Mobile since T-Mobile had reception problems. AT&T worked fine for a while and then we had very poor or no reception at all in the last 4 months. AT&T didn't want to rectify the problem despite multiple complaints. Moved to Sprint and its great.

I just moved to this area and AT&T reception is pathetic. Many dropped calls and my voice sounds broken and unclear on the other end. Changed the phone and still the same issue. Called AT&T to get a reception booster but they told me that I have to pay for it. I surprises me that with the amount they charge they cannot add more cell sites and upgrade their system.
