Sprint

In Santa Clara I get dropped calls. At my home in kitchen the signal just dies. Else people who call me can't hear me. Calls drop. I am not able to dial out. Sprint used to be OK way back actually. Now I'm dumping Sprint, because when you look for a new job you can't find a new job with Sprint, since you can't talk to anyone. I've had all big 4 in the past and Verizon with AT&T were the best. $140 / month for Verizon or $90 / month for AT&T? That is the question.

Impossible to make a call from the house and even outside on the street

Drop calls partway down the street. At home have a router that was supposed to help. Sprint promised better service once their towers were upgraded but still drop calls and need router to connect at home. Drop calls on commutefrom Campbell to Redwood City. So I basically pay $90 / mo. for nothing.

ATT's voice coverage is spotty - and unless I have it in a certain position, I get dropped calls. 3G is almost non existent - even outside in the Bay Area, the 3 coverage is bad.

Call 911 and dispatch could not hear me then call drop, call AT&T to let them know about there service and these was there reply AT&T Free Msg: The investigation of your Technical issue is complete. If you have additional questions, please call 877-971-5016. Thank you for choosing AT&T! Only get one or two signal bars on my phone, looking in to switching carriers.

Consistently under 1mbps for download and upload speed. I've been running speed tests since March. I get 75mbps around Stockton, CA, and 68mbps in Los Angeles, CA, so it is not my phone. Service use to be great but now horrendous. Pretty pathetic for Silicon Valley. Paying 100% for less than 5% of service.

Only used voice, but at least I got 3 or 4 bars and didn't drop the connection. So far so good.

Signal is consistently poor. Hard to make or place calls. Very unreliable out this way.

I had Nextel which eventually turned into sprint. At the beginning ( about 3-4 years ago it was good), now I'm always on "extended network" with 1-0 bars, forget about watching a YouTube video and sometimes I need to make 4-5 calls to finish a conversation with a customer( I own a plumbing business). They keep saying "we are improving our towers, in two weeks everything will be back to normal". I've been hearing that for months now. It sounds like a company that is preparing to shut down and they are trying to stretch their short life for as long as possible, so when the are bought out, they can show they have thousands of clients and get more for their downhill going company. My contract ends the 28th of this month and I'm switching to verizon.

Terrible! Calls are always dropped after only a few seconds. And I cannot hear what the other person says - I can hear them for 1 second then followed by 4 seconds of silence. Sometime it's impossible to call out too. So frustrating! The problem is same inside my apartment or outside in the middle of the street.
