Constant service loss. Cant dial out. Calls go to voicemail. Unbelievable loss in quality since T-Mobile took over. T-Mobile constant spam popups to make me change to T-Mobile. Deliberate harassment to force an expensive phone and serviceWas this review helpful to you?
T mobile u better put more tiers at that intersection or you will b history! Such bad service cannot expect loyal customersWas this review helpful to you?
T-mobile just told me to look for another cell phone company. Very poor customer service. They just threw in the towel rather than helping me. What a freaking joke. Was this review helpful to you?
when I was with AT&T I had no problem. Now I am getting a lot of dropped calls and poor data speed. they tell me that the are upgrading the towers in my area. I will give them one more month to see if that is really the case. Was this review helpful to you?
Always have had barely there reception in the house but it worked. In the last two weeks it's dropped out to "emergency calls only" no bars four times. My husband's phone also. I thought it was something at that location, nope. On the 4th and again today it happened at the in-laws (95824). Today it happened right when we had a telephone Dr. appointment. What gives Metro? Was this review helpful to you?
Verizon cell service in Orangevale (the middle of a city) is absolutely the worst carrier for the area. I had better service with Verizon in the foothills. I really hope they add a tower or wr will be shopping for a new carrier. Was this review helpful to you?
1 bar inside my house that often drops calls. I find myself walking around my neighborhood to talk on my phone. Verizon says by their amplifier. Was this review helpful to you?
In south Citrus Heights I get one bar inside my house, two bars outside, There are so many trees in my neighborhood, they are probably blocking the signal. Cutting down other people's trees is not an option. Was this review helpful to you?
Iphone reception on AT&T has been lousy ever since we moved here in 2003. But it just keeps getting worse. Phone rings, you say hello, and the caller cannot hear me. Calls cut out or disconnect, depending on where you are in the house. Have to walk into the yard to stay connected. Often incoming calls don’t ring, just go into voicemail. HORRIBLE SERVICE, for what we are paying. AT&T Customer service says that’s just the way it is and won’t get any better for my area. Was this review helpful to you?
Most of my calls go straight to voicemail. Making a call sometimes takes up to 30 seconds to connect and people on the other end say I am breaking up with lots of static. When I go a few blocks away, everything is good. I am thinking of getting a Verizon or T-Mobile sim card. Was this review helpful to you?
