Seems like Verizon has messed up with their 5G efforts! We used to have generally 3 bars on our devices but since they advertised the 5G service, at best we have 2 bars but mostly 1 bar. New devices have not helped! Maybe instead of upgrading to 5G, maybe they need to install more towers to truly connect ALL members to their service!Was this review helpful to you?

Verizon cell service in Orangevale (the middle of a city) is absolutely the worst carrier for the area. I had better service with Verizon in the foothills. I really hope they add a tower or wr will be shopping for a new carrier.Was this review helpful to you?

In south Citrus Heights I get one bar inside my house, two bars outside, There are so many trees in my neighborhood, they are probably blocking the signal. Cutting down other people's trees is not an option.Was this review helpful to you?
Iphone reception on AT&T has been lousy ever since we moved here in 2003. But it just keeps getting worse. Phone rings, you say hello, and the caller cannot hear me. Calls cut out or disconnect, depending on where you are in the house. Have to walk into the yard to stay connected. Often incoming calls don’t ring, just go into voicemail. HORRIBLE SERVICE, for what we are paying. AT&T Customer service says that’s just the way it is and won’t get any better for my area.Was this review helpful to you?
Generally 4-5 bars, with occasional drops to 3. Voice and text work fine, but I need to be on wifi for data service; when on mobile data often falls back to 4G or even 2G speed (i.e. old phone dialup speed at 2G).Was this review helpful to you?
