I upgraded my phone because Verizon told me it would help the reception problems. I suffered thru the rude customer service at the Verizon store at Bruceville and Laguna, and that was the manager, brought my new phone home only to have the same problems. Anywhere I am in my home or the front or back yard every conversation has dead spots with no voice. As soon as my contract is up I'm going shopping. Was this review helpful to you?

What service? Pay these guys hard earned money for "SERVICE" that is non-existent. Time to wake up AT&T and deal with your poor performance. Was this review helpful to you?
I get no reception in my apartment. I can't even count the number of time I have had no reception in downtown Sacramento. I suspect all the carriers sucks just the same, so I don't do anything, but come on. Outside downtown Sacramento I can get no signal? How pathetic? Is it the phone, perhaps. I have a work phone with AT&T that is an old piece that gets full signal everywhere. I buy a fancy "smart" phone and get no reception anywhere. Is it because Sprint doesn't want me to use they services or are they sending me a message to go to another carrier?? Very frustrating. Was this review helpful to you?
Indoors, 0 to 3 bars, mostly 0. Outside, very spotty reception around the neighborhood. AT&T claims this address is in an excellent reception area, but in the last 5 years (as of March 2011) there has been terrible reception in the area. Many cell phone users go outside to make calls. The AT&T tech who was here yesterday uses Verizon, and his reception was terrible in the house, also. Was this review helpful to you?
I have no problems with Sprint. I have signal damn near everywhere, along with data. On 3G I average 400kbps and on 4G I average 4.6mbps, topping out at 7.2mbps. I used to have Verizon, with them I had Droid1. I had so many deadzones and dropped calls / data that I thought it was the phone, so I switched from Droid1 to Droid Incredible. Same problem, different phone. With Sprint, call quality is superb, as is data, and you can't beat the price. Was this review helpful to you?
I get pretty good signal here in Sacramento, the other day I went to shingle spring up in the hills and still have signal. I just had T-Mobile for only a few days and never had any drop calls or hang up.Was this review helpful to you?
3 or 4 bars in buildings but 4 or 5 outside in Citrus Heights and other areas. I get good reception all over the metro. Maybe I phones and blackberries aren't all they are made out to be, type of phone is a factor on reception??Was this review helpful to you?
Useless inside my house. Even drop calls in my front and back yard. What happened AT&T... you used to be the best. Was this review helpful to you?
1 - 2 bars outside home; 0 - 1 bar inside. Frequent dropped calls, caller sent to voice mail when I am home, network not available, etc.Was this review helpful to you?
