T-mobile upgraded there network at the end of year 2012 and most sac town and Elk Grove us covered but they forgot this area. I am getting 2G edge on my iphone 5 in this area speed sucks with 2 bars in building really slow to load emails. T-mobile never added this area to there tower upgrade. :-(

Reception hovers at two bars at it's best. Daily dropped calls, face time... you name it... it doesn't work right... when you get a call it is scratchy and hard to hear... ATT is nearly criminal in that the lies they tell you are never the reality you experience... they now have me trying my second 3GMicrocell... can't get it to synch even with it totally out of doors, away from the house.

I am sick of Sprints reception. We just moved from Sunrise Blvd.and Sunset, which was a dead zone. Our new place in Carmichael only gets two bars at best.

Relocated to the Natomas area, and recently uograded my phone, only to find out that the reception is non existence. The only suggestion that AT&T has is to spend extra money (that I don't have) on a Microcell device.

Very poor service. I call T-Mobile so many times and they always tell me someone will look into it in 72 hours and nothing happenes. Service got worse now. They should have one tower in elk grove. T-Mobile service really sucks in Elk Grove. I hope they looking into this or they loose all customers in elk grove. I used official T-Mobile phones and iphones service is worse on all phones.

Lots of dropped calls, poor reception, cutting off during calls. Cannot get calls, sometimes takes awhile to be able to make a call. Slow Internet reception too.

There are big electricity towers that run through and near my apartments and three of them have been retrofitted into cellphone towers. I'm not sure which ones support what carrier but one of them is for AT&T because I have full bars 24 / 7.
