MetroPCS

Always have had barely there reception in the house but it worked. In the last two weeks it's dropped out to "emergency calls only" no bars four times. My husband's phone also. I thought it was something at that location, nope. On the 4th and again today it happened at the in-laws (95824). Today it happened right when we had a telephone Dr. appointment. What gives Metro?

There is NO Internet service for the cell phone data plan and cell service is spotty. What is this? It is not worth the money.

1 bar inside my house that often drops calls. I find myself walking around my neighborhood to talk on my phone. Verizon says by their amplifier.

Most of my calls go straight to voicemail. Making a call sometimes takes up to 30 seconds to connect and people on the other end say I am breaking up with lots of static. When I go a few blocks away, everything is good. I am thinking of getting a Verizon or T-Mobile sim card.

1 bar in the house... sometimes no reception at all... notifications don’t even come thru.

I used to have full bars but noticed in the last several months that it rarely goes beyond one bar, irregardless of whether I’m inside or outside. AT&T better figure out this mess or they’re going to lose customers really quick to Verizon.

Used to have great service but after the Sprint merger I have been getting no data and calls have been choppy.

I’ve been a looong time customer with T-Mobile but I think I need to change carriers. My signal at home has always been a weak even with a signal booster (house is only 1400 sq. ft.) but now my signal is down to one bar. I called T-Mobile they claimed the power to the cell tower Has been cut by smud our local electric company. Smud claims they don’t show any outages in the area so... ? But sure how to get to the bottom of this but I can change carriers

I’ve lived in this area for over 15 years. AT&T never had more than 1-2 bars. Calls drop or go right to voicemail. I use my wifi from a different company just to get those two bars. Now with an elderly parent to care for, phone and video calls are of critical importance. Looks like there aren’t any good carriers out there for my area. I use my wifi for everything. Not sure why I’m paying AT&T. Will probably go with Verizon next.
