I tried mine in the house and the reception was terrible. I went ahead and cancelled and when I did, then they told me that they knew the reception is not good in my area.

I get no reception in any building and unreliable reception with roaming via Cingular. I've tried a T720 and a Nokia 6800 with AT&T and I have been very disappointed with the quality and consistancy of AT&T. I do not recommend AT&T unless you only use your service next to one of their stores since that is the only place you will be guarenteed of getting good reception.

My wifve and i can't haedly talk to each other in this area where we live....my free long distance does meno good at home as i get very poor reeption...thinking of changing to T-Mobile when my contract is up in mar 04
