Reception was really good two weeks ago but now its just plain nightmare. I thought it was my LG Spirit so I decided to upgrade to a new phone. I got the LG F6 and the reception was okay. Two days later, the 4G LTE keeps on dropping. Planning on switching to a different carrier. I have been with Metro for six years now.

Lately my signal has dropped to 1 bar. I have used Verizon for many years and now it sucks. Went to the Verizon to get some help and got nowhere. They only sell new phones or you can return equipment. NO SERVICE FOR PROBLEMS. I could drive to Hayward, about 130 miles away to receive service which I did when I lived in that area. Verizon, get off your butts and PROVIDE SERVICE which we pay for.

Springs coverage map says that I would have 4G my house. I only had 3g and could never watch a video. It would just buffer and buffer.. I switch to T-Mobile and watch netflix on my phone continuously... Sprint sucks!

Live in Sacramento. I've been with Sprint for a year and a half. Due to 2 year contract. I have the iphone 5. Get dropped calls on a regular. Data speed is horrible... I'm basically just paying for my text services. And sometimes that doesn't even work, especially when I'm sending pic texts. I can go down the street to the local Costco area and the phone will pick up LTE. But I live 10 mins away and I'm only on 3g. Been told for almost 6 months that Sprint is working on their towers and things should be better next month.. always next month??? Paying about $200 for 3 lines and text messaging is the only think that works. Sprint sucks. Stay away from them people. And what's worse is when your phone displays 1x...

No bars inside house. Cell phone said I needed WiFi to connect. Connected to WiFi and reception was unusable for voice. Echo canceled out conversation. Can Text, with WiFi, but I can use my computer for that. Cell phone is useless.

I get literally no service in my house. If I go outside I might get a bar but I still cannot make or receive calls. I get voicemails SOMETIMES when my phone has never rang. It is completely unacceptable for what I pay AT&T. It also makes trying to get a job very difficult when your way to communicate is taken away. AT&T has all these commercials saying they are expanding coverage, but it's false advertising. I'm in a residential neighborhood in a very populated area with no service. Myself and my family will be leaving AT&T. Very unacceptable.
