I get NO reception in this area.. I have to stand outside on the sidewalk to take calls.. UNEXCEPTABLE ATT! How dare they treat their customers so poorly to have them stand outside to take calls.. I called to complain and they wanted me to buy the micro cell for 200 bucks.. HELL to the no! they should be giving me that for free since I pay them for service and don't get any... I been a customer service of theirs for 10 years, and they are not willing to help.. screw them.. when my contract is up, I'm outie!

Until April my Sprint service was work well I was able to retreive my email make and receive calls, surf the internet. Since then I can no longer get any internet so I cant get my email, download music or surf the web. Why would this change? Sprint has no answers to why things would change they just told me to switch my phone to constantly roam. They also said unlimited roaming is free with our plan... we will see.

The coverage on Washington is not bad. Usually 3 bars but Roseville and rocklin as a whole is terrible. Especially some parts of rocklin I get no service my phone just says searching.

I used to have AT&T and got no reception in my house. I would get very spotty reception and dropped calls in front of my house. Now that I have Verizon, I get 4 1 / 2 bars inside, have clear calls to India, Phillipines, all over. I've not had one dropped call since switching to Verizon.

Have to go outside the house for even a half-bar. I'm always seeing voicemails that were never alerted. I also don't have any coverage at work - in the Natomas / National Dr.area. When I call AT&T, they just want to upgrade my service. All I want is to be able to use my cell phone. I hate them now and will pay to get out of this contract.

reception is poor and I complained to AT&T and they told me coverage is not guaranteed and if I want to get better reception I need to purchase their Microcell for $200. If we didn't get discount from HP I would have dropped AT&T a long time ago. I'm hoping the competition with Verizon will force AT&T to start paying attention to their customers.

This area is a "black hole" for reception. well over 90% of phone calls get dropped within the first minute. There is horrible service on Fiddyment road from Blue Oaks to Hayden parkway. This is a business phone and it's very frustrating, I have never experienced reception this bad in any other area or with another carrier. Sprint needs to get a new tower up or resolve any interference issues in this area soon...

Just upgraded to 3GS and have no 3G. Re-booting does not help as it did in my 3G phone. I have Wi-Fi but says mail server is not responding. It worked fine yesterday at work in Rancho Cordova. Is this what I have to deal with?
