Most of my calls go straight to voicemail. Making a call sometimes takes up to 30 seconds to connect and people on the other end say I am breaking up with lots of static. When I go a few blocks away, everything is good. I am thinking of getting a Verizon or T-Mobile sim card.

I’ve been a looong time customer with T-Mobile but I think I need to change carriers. My signal at home has always been a weak even with a signal booster (house is only 1400 sq. ft.) but now my signal is down to one bar. I called T-Mobile they claimed the power to the cell tower Has been cut by smud our local electric company. Smud claims they don’t show any outages in the area so... ? But sure how to get to the bottom of this but I can change carriers

I’ve lived in this area for over 15 years. AT&T never had more than 1-2 bars. Calls drop or go right to voicemail. I use my wifi from a different company just to get those two bars. Now with an elderly parent to care for, phone and video calls are of critical importance. Looks like there aren’t any good carriers out there for my area. I use my wifi for everything. Not sure why I’m paying AT&T. Will probably go with Verizon next.

Cell reception inside my house is 1 / 2 bar. The only way to make a cell call is by using my internet. I'm looking into Verizon.

Chose TMobile because of the advertized coverage. I get ZERO bars and absolutely no cell network service here. Have to use my wifi in my house, and if I step outside or turn off my wifi, I'm toast...

Ever since August I can't make or receive calls at home. City appears to be doing a major 5G rollout in the area. I've seen cranes working on cell towers on Blue Oaks west of Fiddyment. Use to have decent coverage but not since August.
