New phone and no bars. I think I need to go to Verizon

This service level is unacceptable if not dangerous to users. It has been this way for years. I guess I will have to transfer to Sprint or Verizon users say their service is 3-4 bars. Wake up AT& T!

Unbelievably weak signal on four different devices. 1 to 2 bars at best.

Just paid Verizon $266.,and my internet fades in and out. Very unsatisfied. After 20 years might have to change.

reception is so poor indoor and outdoors, dropped calls. Never was like this before, except the last few weeks, calling Verizon often no one has an answer. over 17 years of a customers and serious they have no idea. They even sent me a new phone and still the same issues. Yeah because it's tower issue.

Zero to one bar to dropped calls. Nearby city park has large cell tower with large array of antennae. No Verizon, apparently. Many family phones with same problem.

My reception wavers between 0-1 bar. Got the new iphone and did not help. I would switch to Verizon if I didn't have an ATT discount.

I just switched from AT&T to T-Mobile. AT&T I use to get 1 bar; T-Mobile I get 2 bars on iPhone 6s Plus Voice - clear and no issues data - TMobile speed test about 1.5 meg down and.9meg up. AT&T I got much faster; it's slightly slow but adequate for youtube. I have T-Mobile One Plus plan with unlimited internet data, voice, text There seems to be some throttling even though I'm brand new and have not reached cap yet.

ATT coverage is terrible. No signal inside house, zero to one bar of coverage outside. Have to drive a long way into Roseville to pick up a signal. Absolutely terrible quality and coverage.

AT&T reception is so poor indoors - 1 to 2 bars with drop calls. This use to remind me of the early days of T-mobile. It has been like this for a year. Never was like this before. I wonder if it has anything to do with where you buy your phone or whether your phone is unlocked or not. Called them to troubleshoot and didn't help at all. I am about to switch to something else, but base on the reviews here it seems as though all of the carriers sucks here in Roseville, CA.
