Always about 2 bars or less in West sac. About 3 bars in Sacramento, some spots have 4. Woodland and Dixon coverage is poor at bestWas this review helpful to you?
The internet is so slow, it's ridiculous. At night time the internet is great, but in the afternoon it is awful. Even outside is terrible. I called customer service and they told me that the coverage was "enhanced" in my area. I thought it was my phone because I have the LG G3, but when I went to my friend's house (about 40 minutes away) my internet was great (more than 20 Mbps) it's awful if you're in the antelope area. Id sometimes even get text messages way later than when it was sent. Was this review helpful to you?
I don't know all the technical stuff, but I do know that my reception is a lot slower and weaker in this area than it was near 17th and G Streets. I'm not happy since right now I use my hot spot to tether my tablet. I've been with Metro since 2005 and feeling kind of let down right now.Was this review helpful to you?
In my place of business I have 1 bar of service on an iphone 6+ and if wasn't for WiFi I would not be able to use my phone. My last apartment ATT had to provide us a 3G GSM signal booster because I had no service in Roseville behind REI. New house in Fair Oaks I am holding 1-2 bars of service and speeds are really slow. 140$ of month for 1 bar of service everyday! This is total BS Most of the Sacramento Area including Folsom has really poor reception. I have been with AT&T for over 10 years and will probably leave them for Google FiWas this review helpful to you?
14 years of poor AT&T service at this location (lately at other locations in town and away). Barely 1 bar, maybe 2 if lucky. Signal waves in and out - on calls you can hear others, they can't hear you. My next door neighbor had iphone with Sprint and had better service than I do. Very sad as I've been with AT&T forever and now looking at switching, but dont want to get in same situation with another carrier. Feeling trapped. Need another cell tower here soon! Was this review helpful to you?
Here visiting in Roseville, Sept. Still no reception on saint armel street. At McDonald's to make and receive calls. May have to jump ship to Verizon. Been with AT&T at least 20 years. In SF area reception is great... ... ... .need to check plans and cost... ... ..Was this review helpful to you?
All calls drop or experience significant breaking up. Can never complete a single call that doesn't experience some issue with the quality. Even outside the Sacramento area, my friends on AT&T and other networks consistently have better reception in more areas than America's so-called "largest, most reliable" network. I'm tired of hearing the words, "you're breaking up" on the other end of the phone call, so Verizon, after more than a decade of service, WE'RE breaking up. Goodbye. Was this review helpful to you?
At home my coverage is 1-3 bars. Very spotty. At work, I get 0-1 bar, it takes forever to send a text. My battery dies every day as it searches for a signal. I have had Verizon for 20 yrs, never issues until now. Coverage in Sacramento is terrible. Coverage is spotty in Tahoe too..Was this review helpful to you?
In the kitchen we have 0 bars - in the bedroom 50' away we have1 bar - AT&T sucks! Landline for Network drops off almost daily and 2.1 Kb would be lightening fast from our usual speed - this with a $200+ router upgrade (we purchased) at AT&T's recommendation! Can't tell you exactly how many service calls from various AT&T departments we've had over the years but we're done. Obviously we are in a Black Hole! Even Best Buy could not locate a signal from anyone for our address. Switching ASAP to Comcast for network and shopping for cell carrier. Was this review helpful to you?
