Relocated to the Natomas area, and recently uograded my phone, only to find out that the reception is non existence. The only suggestion that AT&T has is to spend extra money (that I don't have) on a Microcell device.

Very poor service. I call T-Mobile so many times and they always tell me someone will look into it in 72 hours and nothing happenes. Service got worse now. They should have one tower in elk grove. T-Mobile service really sucks in Elk Grove. I hope they looking into this or they loose all customers in elk grove. I used official T-Mobile phones and iphones service is worse on all phones.

Lots of dropped calls, poor reception, cutting off during calls. Cannot get calls, sometimes takes awhile to be able to make a call. Slow Internet reception too.

There are big electricity towers that run through and near my apartments and three of them have been retrofitted into cellphone towers. I'm not sure which ones support what carrier but one of them is for AT&T because I have full bars 24 / 7.

Reception sucks INSIDE our apartment, but when we're outside, it's reliable. I'm getting a CDMA range extender. Service overall is fine outdoors.

Until April my Sprint service was work well I was able to retreive my email make and receive calls, surf the internet. Since then I can no longer get any internet so I cant get my email, download music or surf the web. Why would this change? Sprint has no answers to why things would change they just told me to switch my phone to constantly roam. They also said unlimited roaming is free with our plan... we will see.
