Low signal(1-2 dots). Broken and dropped calls. Some call don't even connect. I travel to other Sacramento locations and signal can dramatically improve, so why is 95831 so poor! Worse, I can't reach customer service! Can't even call local retailers!

June 14, 2020 - Cell reception has annoyingly decreased in past weeks with broken and dropped calls CONSISTANTLY on a daily basis! Any explanation for this in the Capitol of California?

I’ve had Verizon for 30 years but over the last three years it’s gotten worst. Constant dropped calls. Especially in my home area but also when I travel to San Francisco etc. but mostly at home. I even have an extender to reach towers but still bad service. I was speaking with Verizon customer service for a long time and even then got our call dropped and Verizon didn’t even call me back after I asked if they would if our call got dropped. I had to call them back and explain everything all over to a new person. Not happy and looking for a new service.

For the last several weeks, I always have either dropped calls or cutting out. My son does as well. Unacceptable. If you are doing maintenance on our local cell tower tell us about it. Give us a timeline. Help us out. Give us a rebate for such poor service.

I’ve dropped more calls in the last year than in the 10 years before. ATT has gone downhill significantly. Going to switch soon.

As of month of June there little to none service. Have to go outside because calls get dropped. Horrible service, been calling since June begging to fix the problem, but to no avail. Paying money, yet the services are not provided, or VERY PARTIALLY provided.

Metro reception downtown is terrible. Data speeds are unforgivably slow. It gets a bit better at off-peak hours, but generally slower than a snail on crutches.

I’m happy to see I’m not alone in dealing with the laughable service Sprint provides, but what will it take for them to take notice? Every person I know that had Sprint has switched, and once my contract is up, I to will be switching to a provider. I’m not sure what is more infuriating, their customer service, or network coverage. There has not been one time that my phone has been on 4g... ..the entire time I’ve had the phone... ..never! I do not have WiFi, so I rely strictly on data, and it’s so maddening I almost want to throw the piece of s$$$$ into the river. It’s better used for target practice, not a phone! What’s really super awesome is how it will semi working... ... keep in mind, it’s always painfully slow, but it will be doing the best it can, and then it just stops working, says no internet connection, poor internet connection, it is absolutely ridiculous! I agree that every carrier has areas that have poor reception, but give me a break! I know many people with various carriers, and the common consistent thing is mine is the only one NOT working. My friend has Verizon, switched from sprint, and guess why?? My phone said no service, and was unable to do one thing with it. My friends Verizon not only worked, but was on 4g and full bars. Sprint has said so many times “we are working on that” I think I may vomit if I hear it again! They can do nothing but suck! It’s also a good idea to train your employees so they can better assist you. I cannot complain about associates in store, they have always been pretty great, however the phone customer service is a joke! Every person you speak with gives you a different story, they do not listen to you, and it seems like they are to busy joining into the loud laughing chatter you hear in the background. Seriously how many good customers do you have to lose before you realize how bad you suck! Get it together, because you are about to lose another $200 a month! I believe that Sprint was forged in the depths of hell by satan himself! I feel like every time I have to talk t them it takes 5 years off of my life! Do something please! Unless of course you enjoy your loyal customers having such a bad opinion and crappy service! You should be paying people, not the other way around!
