I get either one bar or no service at all. Phone shows I’m connected to WiFi but just says searching or that I have no connection! Can’t even use data, it says the same thing. Boyfriend next to me on his phone (metro pcs) is just fine. Been with AT&T since it was Cingular and I’ve never had anywhere close to this TERRIBLE of reception. We’ve lived in this area for 4 days and haven’t been able to use my phone at home ONCE!

I can only hope AT &T reads this. I pay the top tier price and I have very poor reception. When my contract is up I will consider switching to a different carrier.

Verizon used to be best hands down but you pay for it. Now it is just as bad or worse then the cheapest plans from the companies that don't even have their own cell towers. After complaining five times in the last 2 years I finally got someone at Verizon that would tell me the truth. It was a business decision my Verizon to cut their data bandwidth to consumers and shift it focus on government and large corporations. It's been about 4 years since my Verizon service where I live turned off like a light switch. It used to run faster than my Wi-Fi. Now I can't do much of anything with the bandwidth they allow. I have to switch to Wi-Fi to run my phone. Might as well just get the cheapest service because they all suck.

in the capitol city of the most populated state one might think that cell "service" would be good. it's not. zero bars in any down stairs room. for a phone call, I need to go into the back yard for clear reception. it's a good thing that a.t.t. doesn't charge and excessive amount. oh wait, they do.

Cell service is spotty, 1 to 3 bars but rarely consistent. Very upsetting considering the amount I pay for their “ service “ 🤯🤬

Within the last 4 yrs I’ve gone from AT&T to T-Mobil and now Verizon. I only left AT&T because I was forced into looking for family plans and though At&t’s Reception was great even with one bar sometimes their rates just couldn’t work with our budget so this the move to T-Mobile. We left T-Mobile because Verizon’s new family plan cost about the same and T-Mobiles service was horrible in our area BUT surprisingly Verizon’s reception wasn’t any better and as a matter of fact I think they are even worst. Everything is just really slow. It is so upsetting and we just recently contracted with them so we’ll be here for a bit. I use my phone especially for navigation and it’s always way behind where I’m actually at on the road... so frustrating. AT&T PLEASE come up with some better family plans PLEASE!

Get one bar inside and out. Downstairs usually we get no service at all, upstairs gets the one bar. Calls dropped constantly or can't make them at all. Fortunately, we can use Wi-Fi to makes calls but even that is pretty sketchy 50% of the time.

My reception wavers between 0-1 bar. Got the new iphone and did not help. I would switch to Verizon if I didn't have an ATT discount.

I just switched from AT&T to T-Mobile. AT&T I use to get 1 bar; T-Mobile I get 2 bars on iPhone 6s Plus Voice - clear and no issues data - TMobile speed test about 1.5 meg down and.9meg up. AT&T I got much faster; it's slightly slow but adequate for youtube. I have T-Mobile One Plus plan with unlimited internet data, voice, text There seems to be some throttling even though I'm brand new and have not reached cap yet.

I was with AT&T for some years but had to search other carriers that had more affordable family plans and so I went with T-Mobile. They were having a great sale and I couldn't pass it up. Well I guess I got what I paid for. The reception is terrible. I rarely get anything better than 2 bars. At&t's one bar is faster than T-mobile's full reception is what I found out. Some of my friends are happy with it's speed but I think their use to it and don't know any better. I hope AT&T comes out with a more family friendly plan so we can switch back over.
