Springs coverage map says that I would have 4G my house. I only had 3g and could never watch a video. It would just buffer and buffer.. I switch to T-Mobile and watch netflix on my phone continuously... Sprint sucks!

By far the worst service in sacramento, no LTE coverage, and no plans to bring LTE anytime soon. Sprint basically decided that they don't want customers in Sacramento.

Live in Sacramento. I've been with Sprint for a year and a half. Due to 2 year contract. I have the iphone 5. Get dropped calls on a regular. Data speed is horrible... I'm basically just paying for my text services. And sometimes that doesn't even work, especially when I'm sending pic texts. I can go down the street to the local Costco area and the phone will pick up LTE. But I live 10 mins away and I'm only on 3g. Been told for almost 6 months that Sprint is working on their towers and things should be better next month.. always next month??? Paying about $200 for 3 lines and text messaging is the only think that works. Sprint sucks. Stay away from them people. And what's worse is when your phone displays 1x...

Greenhaven, CA area - NO bars... signal strength PATHETIC! I've had ZERO problems with Metro PCS, until last week! Now my smart phone functions on 1 bar for signal strength. 1 bar! Went from 4 bars to 1 bar with no change in strength to date! Wtf? Fix this problem NOW or I'm dropping service with Metro PCS.

There used to be a Sprint tower in C-Bar-C park, now it's gone, and service sucks! Closest tower is at Watt / Antelope.

No bars inside house. Cell phone said I needed WiFi to connect. Connected to WiFi and reception was unusable for voice. Echo canceled out conversation. Can Text, with WiFi, but I can use my computer for that. Cell phone is useless.

I get literally no service in my house. If I go outside I might get a bar but I still cannot make or receive calls. I get voicemails SOMETIMES when my phone has never rang. It is completely unacceptable for what I pay AT&T. It also makes trying to get a job very difficult when your way to communicate is taken away. AT&T has all these commercials saying they are expanding coverage, but it's false advertising. I'm in a residential neighborhood in a very populated area with no service. Myself and my family will be leaving AT&T. Very unacceptable.

Sprint has NO 4g towers in Sacramento. You would think they would try harder being in the STATE CAPITAL to do a better job. 3.8 years later time to go someplace else!
