Was excellent through and beyond the pandemic. Now 2023, usually one bar, sometimes two. May drop to no service especially Sunday mornings. Two towers in the area but a lot of UCDMC new construction going on in the last year.

We’ve lived at this location almost 30 years. Reading the existing reviews I am a little surprised. - I think coverage by AT&T is pretty good and we give it a three or four, except when we had our January 1, 2023 power outage when we had one bar, and audio was pretty limited, and texting, was extremely limited. No access to the web at all for 23 hours. Our Wi-Fi was down since we had no house power. Currently, we are going to install a signal booster – “Sure Call“ to try to improve our situation with power outages; however, it’s my understanding that when power goes down, some of the local cell towers may not work or be lower performing, and there’s simply too much traffic on the lower bandwidth. We keep AT&T since it works best in the high Sierra where we have off the grid property. AT&T is the only carrier that works at all up there..

TMOBILE was providing great reliable cell service until October 14, 2022. Now most incoming calls go directly to voicemail or breakup so bad can't understand what is said. Outgoing calls get disconnected before you reach the other party.

Constant service loss. Cant dial out. Calls go to voicemail. Unbelievable loss in quality since T-Mobile took over. T-Mobile constant spam popups to make me change to T-Mobile. Deliberate harassment to force an expensive phone and service

when I was with AT&T I had no problem. Now I am getting a lot of dropped calls and poor data speed. they tell me that the are upgrading the towers in my area. I will give them one more month to see if that is really the case.

Always have had barely there reception in the house but it worked. In the last two weeks it's dropped out to "emergency calls only" no bars four times. My husband's phone also. I thought it was something at that location, nope. On the 4th and again today it happened at the in-laws (95824). Today it happened right when we had a telephone Dr. appointment. What gives Metro?

1 bar inside my house that often drops calls. I find myself walking around my neighborhood to talk on my phone. Verizon says by their amplifier.

In south Citrus Heights I get one bar inside my house, two bars outside, There are so many trees in my neighborhood, they are probably blocking the signal. Cutting down other people's trees is not an option.
