Poor service inside the house; it usually works somewhat, but on a phone call the other person always comes through broken and difficult to understand.

AT&T

Very poor service. Constantly having to walk outside to get at least 3 bars, but then will go down to 1 bar and the other person can't hear me. Failed calls constantly. Called AT&T to report problem. When talking to support service my phone dropped the call. The support person never called me back! Once had to call 911... my calls kept dropping. Thank gosh 911 was able to locate where I was calling from.

Verizon

5 Out of 5 (5 stars) | Casa Bella Galleria | Arden Wy and Del Paso Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95815 |

No complaint with Verizon coverage, rarely ever have a communication issue, sometimes don't get 4g. Unfortunately, the cost is out of control. Currently have unlimited data plan need new phone they want to terminate old plan and sell new measured plan for more $$

Sprint

I used to have a Samsung admire metro pcs, and had dropped calls left and right than went to Sprint Iphone 4s, thinking that I would get better reception from sprint. Big mistake. I can't use my phone in the house due to bad reception dropped calls etc. I now have to sit in my car outside my house to have a decent phone call. After reading the reviews on different carriers i'm sold on the belief that land lines are really not that bad. It appears that every cellphone company provider has reception issues and apparently you the customer decide how big of a headache you willing to put up with. For me, Sprint is not the answer.

I have been very happy with Metro PCS service. I almost never have reception problems. The price is great and there are no contracts. You should switch.

Sprint

1 Out of 5 (1 star) | Citrus Heights, Old Auburn Rd. | Fair Oaks , Citrus Heights, CA 95610 |

Sprint provides Awful signal, (4) Sprint carrier iPhone 4S in household, hour long text delays, missed calls, even if sitting next to the person, completely dependent on wifi signal for Internet usage, until you get a few miles out of area. Spent hours w Sprint different times with promise to research - blame towers in area with no plans to improve - tried airrave device still ineffective. Sprint doesn't care about customer retention even at $3,000 / year. Different contract expirations make it tricky to go anywhere else.

Sprint

I have had Sprint for a couple of years why I have kept them I don't know why. They have terrible reception practically everywhere. Yay u get unlimited data that doesn't work 99 percent of the time. I'm getting ready to finally switch to either AT&T or verizon. I haven't decided yet. Sprint by far is the worst carrier. I have a tower less than a mile from my house and I only get 1 bar of service. They have been saying there working on yhe 4glte towers for over a year. Dont pay high prices for bunk service... .they are terrible. I can't even use the internet very very very slow... .. SPRINT WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO COMPARE TO ATT OR VERIZON THEY SUCK.

Used to work just fine, but now both contract and non-contract phone service completely useless. Something changed about a week ago and we lost dependable signal after four years no problem. Other phone is i5S

Sprint

Paying $150 per month for zero bars. When I do get connected the reception is terrible. Calls are dropped within a minute or so. Incredibly bad decision to get Sprint -- phone cost plus 2 years of paying on the plan for no phone service will cost me about $3,000.

Verizon

Verizon reception and 4G are very spotty, lucky to get one or two bars most places, have to stand in one spot inside the house to take a call. Very disappointing given the price and Verizon's ads promoting their network. Like others, I had much better reception and coverage in this area when I had MetroPCS, will probably go back to them.
