AT&T

Very poor reception, often none. Dropped calls, delayed texts, frequently unable to call out.

I have been having dire issues with my Sprint HotSpot all summer (2013). Super slow signal, dropped connections and dead zones in the house. I replaced the battery- same issues. Finally had to replace the HotSpot last night (it was almost 3 yrs old)-- the Sprint saleman admitted that Sprint has dropped it's 4 G connection from the local tower and supposedly will be upgrading to 4 LTE in a month to 3 months... thanks for the warning! Can I get a discount to make up for the poor service?

Great coverage, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Again, Great Coverage, but HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!I do not complain often, but with Verizon they went to the extreme of providing the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was a valued customer for 4 years. I just cancelled my contract (early) and switched to Sprint.

Very bad cell reception lately in the North Land Park area- 0-2 bars. Often not able to make calls.

We get a ringing phone but are never able to answer. We can get texts. That's all.

Reception is poor and Spotty. Im lucky if my phone shows one full bar of reception. The signal fluctuates from 4g to 4g lte and this is a new device. I thought it was my previous phone, but now Im convinced its at&t's reception. I switched over from Metro PCS and T-Mobile and to me they were all equivalent in reception. One thing I do have to mention is that when I do get atleast 3bars of reception, the phone is super fast on data exchange and calls are very clear.

I live on Santa Fe way. my coverage for the last year has been almost nonexistent. constant dropped calls. the only benefit I have is not hearing those annoying telemarketers every morning. it seems that everytime there is a whiff of a wind blowing the towers don't work. no coverage at all. I called multiple times and I get the same message: the towers, the towers! its been more that a year. what kind of incompetent people work on those towers?

As of this week and last week my 4g is no where to be found. I live in a highly 4g cover area and my family and I are only seeing 3g. My wife and kids has the LG motion and I have the Galaxy S3. We had always had 4g now its show 3g and its not even stable. Going low to 2g at times bouncing back and fourth. Very annoying. I've done resets airplane mode everything. Any ideas? Metro is my holder.

I switched to Sprint to save money but ended up with a nonworking phone. I got the HTC One and the device was fine, but the service was terrible. My incoming calls would drop within a minute or two of answering, I could not make outgoing calls, and could not get on the 3G data network in my house, neighborhood, or office downtown. After a month of trying to get it sorted with customer service telling me various excuses, I took the phone back. The store manager told me I would not be billed for anything but I ended up getting a bill anyway. Corporate took off the early termnination fee but they want me to pay for the month of horrible service. I complained to the PUC. Awful service, and awful customer service.

I get no signal in my apartment. I'm in the pocket / greenhaven area. I work in Elk Grove near the intersection of Bruceville and Laguna- low signal there also. Throughout the Pocket area my phone and girlfriends phones are roaming or one to two bars with dropped calls. I am within my 14 day initial period and will be cancelling and going with Verizon. I wish I read the reviews here first. Funny thing is, I had Metro PCS before this and had ZERO dropped calls in Sacramento and nearly full bars in my apartment. I figured Sprint would be better since it has a reputable name. Could it be our phones? Well I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S3 and she purchased the IPhone 5. I called Sprint and they put in a baloney fix it ticket just like another customer who left a review here. When traveling throughout Sacramento the service has varied from low signal to full signal but rarely do I see the 4G signal pop up. Sprints low price unlimited data plan simply isn't worth it if you can't get signal in your own place of living.
