I have no idea what these people are talking about regarding AT&T reception in the Sacramento area. I get rock solid lte coverage all around Sacramento, at times I've seen 55mbps down and 20-30mbps up with 40 ms latency. I could not be more happy. At my house, indoors I get 4 bars with AT&T and two bars on t mobile. Was this review helpful to you?
Very spotty, with absolutely no signal at all, many a times. Comes and goes, not reliable in the heart of downtown. When I go to authorized dealers, there are other T-Mobile customer's complaining of service outages the same times I've experienced them in the same areas, all of a sudden. Was this review helpful to you?
Surprisingly good coverage with metro. I get some antenna hopping just past 80 / madison eastbound, But have been very happy with metro's service since I switched in 2009. I travel to new spots every day all over northern CA for work and I am always surprised by usually having a signal. For the price, you can't beat MetroPCS. Their 4g, while not being super fast (~3megs down, 1meg up) is great, although I turn if off until I need to download something large or need faster service. Verizon and AT&T have a larger and more widespread network but I can't stand those companies and you pay WAY too much for the service you get. I'd rather stick with Metro for as long as possible if I can.Was this review helpful to you?
Do not switch to sprint. They have the worst signal, you can have 5 bars and will not get any service. Your phone never works. The customer service department are the worst. Customer service performance I give a 0. They need to stick by the " customer is always right" motto that most customer service reps and businesses stick by. They need to do an evaluation and provide better service. Bill is always going up, does not stick to what its supposed to be. I will NEVER recommend them or use Sprint again. Was this review helpful to you?
I receive little to no reception in the Bridgeway area of West Sacramento. On occasion I can use the phone if I am standing in the middle of the court. Was this review helpful to you?
I've had Sprint since 01' with few issues, one to two bars in home. But what people need to realize is that NO carrier can guarantee coverage within structures. Wireless signals are just radio waves that can even be interrupted by buildings and trees. Was this review helpful to you?
Terrible service. Constantly dropping calls in my house while sitting on the couch next to the window. Also, my Internet connection on my iPhone 4S is terrible everywhere. I had better Internet service when I was using my old jailbroken 3GS on Tmobile's EDGE connection. When I complained to Sprint about it, their reason was because they are working on all their towers at once... . I can't wait for my contract to end so I can switch carriers. Was this review helpful to you?
On T-Mobile HSDPA around here, I'm getting 2-3 out of 4 bars. On EDGE, full bars. Was this review helpful to you?
My T-Mobile coverage is terrible. I literally have to leave my phone in one spot just to get one bar then a few seconds later its searching for a signal. It's quite frustrating cause when I'm outside I still don't get coverage. I've heard from Sprint customers they have the same issues. I been against Verizon for a long time but I might have to make that switch sooner than later. Was this review helpful to you?
