As soon as I get home from work in Rancho Cordova, I have no 3G and Wi-Fi does not get me in to emails. I love the phone but Carmichael has serious issues with receiving service.

Reception sucks INSIDE our apartment, but when we're outside, it's reliable. I'm getting a CDMA range extender. Service overall is fine outdoors.

On a good day you get one bar. I have contacted T-Mobile several times but the reception never improves. Seems like service providers are only interested in selling phones with more features rather than providing service that works well.

Until April my Sprint service was work well I was able to retreive my email make and receive calls, surf the internet. Since then I can no longer get any internet so I cant get my email, download music or surf the web. Why would this change? Sprint has no answers to why things would change they just told me to switch my phone to constantly roam. They also said unlimited roaming is free with our plan... we will see.

My calls either do not ring on my phone, or calls dropped. Have to go outside to make or receive phone calls.

I used to have AT&T and got no reception in my house. I would get very spotty reception and dropped calls in front of my house. Now that I have Verizon, I get 4 1 / 2 bars inside, have clear calls to India, Phillipines, all over. I've not had one dropped call since switching to Verizon.
