Most of my calls go straight to voicemail. Making a call sometimes takes up to 30 seconds to connect and people on the other end say I am breaking up with lots of static. When I go a few blocks away, everything is good. I am thinking of getting a Verizon or T-Mobile sim card.Was this review helpful to you?

I’ve been a looong time customer with T-Mobile but I think I need to change carriers. My signal at home has always been a weak even with a signal booster (house is only 1400 sq. ft.) but now my signal is down to one bar. I called T-Mobile they claimed the power to the cell tower Has been cut by smud our local electric company. Smud claims they don’t show any outages in the area so... ? But sure how to get to the bottom of this but I can change carriersWas this review helpful to you?
I’ve lived in this area for over 15 years. AT&T never had more than 1-2 bars. Calls drop or go right to voicemail. I use my wifi from a different company just to get those two bars. Now with an elderly parent to care for, phone and video calls are of critical importance. Looks like there aren’t any good carriers out there for my area. I use my wifi for everything. Not sure why I’m paying AT&T. Will probably go with Verizon next.Was this review helpful to you?

Low signal(1-2 dots). Broken and dropped calls. Some call don't even connect. I travel to other Sacramento locations and signal can dramatically improve, so why is 95831 so poor! Worse, I can't reach customer service! Can't even call local retailers!Was this review helpful to you?

I’ve had Verizon for 30 years but over the last three years it’s gotten worst. Constant dropped calls. Especially in my home area but also when I travel to San Francisco etc. but mostly at home. I even have an extender to reach towers but still bad service. I was speaking with Verizon customer service for a long time and even then got our call dropped and Verizon didn’t even call me back after I asked if they would if our call got dropped. I had to call them back and explain everything all over to a new person. Not happy and looking for a new service.Was this review helpful to you?
For the last several weeks, I always have either dropped calls or cutting out. My son does as well. Unacceptable. If you are doing maintenance on our local cell tower tell us about it. Give us a timeline. Help us out. Give us a rebate for such poor service.Was this review helpful to you?
