I was with AT&T for some years but had to search other carriers that had more affordable family plans and so I went with T-Mobile. They were having a great sale and I couldn't pass it up. Well I guess I got what I paid for. The reception is terrible. I rarely get anything better than 2 bars. At&t's one bar is faster than T-mobile's full reception is what I found out. Some of my friends are happy with it's speed but I think their use to it and don't know any better. I hope AT&T comes out with a more family friendly plan so we can switch back over.

I have had trouble getting any cell service here, but Verizon used to work, Now since the last software update I can no longer get more than 1 bar on 4G, and can't hear anyone that I call... lots of drop out. This has happened before and it takes weeks to resolve with tier 2 tech support. I'm pretty frustrated and ready to go with a cheaper service and live with the problems

Work in Rancho Cordova and do NOT get ANY service... unless I' pm way out in the parking lot. Cannot get any bars in the office. Reported Several times, tickets opened, promises of tower fixes / upgrades have been all lies and deceit... very disappointed, since they said they said they have great service, and blazing fast speeds. Zero coverage is beyond stealing from customers! T-Mobile is a pile of fast talk and lies... don't fall for it. Taking money and providing zero service in exchange... they should be ashamed.

Disappointing. Switched from Cerizon to T.Mobile... no improvement in reception. Sprint was. Terrible! Verizon was poor 1-2 bars on a good day. T-Mobile is no better usually one bar... rare occasions. Might catch a Glimpse of two bars one rare and brief occasion.

1-2 bars, indoors and some parts of building no reception. Company said there is a small area with a dead zone (from Antelope near Roseville Rd.to Madison Ave. near Sunrise Mall). Need to get micro cell for better reception. Someone with micro cell said reception still poor.

Verizon coverage is excellent. I rarely have any issues with hearing a call. The data coverage is also very fast and reliable. Verizon coverage does come with a more premium level price, but in the Bridgeway Lakes area of West Sacramento you will have have excellent coverage for calls and data.
