Greenhaven, CA area - NO bars... signal strength PATHETIC! I've had ZERO problems with Metro PCS, until last week! Now my smart phone functions on 1 bar for signal strength. 1 bar! No bars inside house. Cell phone said I needed WiFi to connect. Connected to WiFi and reception was unusable for voice. Echo canceled out conversation. Can Text, with WiFi, but I can use my computer for that. Cell phone is useless.Was this review helpful to you?
I get literally no service in my house. If I go outside I might get a bar but I still cannot make or receive calls. I get voicemails SOMETIMES when my phone has never rang. It is completely unacceptable for what I pay AT&T. It also makes trying to get a job very difficult when your way to communicate is taken away. AT&T has all these commercials saying they are expanding coverage, but it's false advertising. I'm in a residential neighborhood in a very populated area with no service. Myself and my family will be leaving AT&T. Very unacceptable.Was this review helpful to you?
Sprint has NO 4g towers in Sacramento. You would think they would try harder being in the STATE CAPITAL to do a better job. 3.8 years later time to go someplace else!Was this review helpful to you?
I noticed a huge drop in service in the past 3 months. AT&T said it was service overload. I believe they need to boost the tower on Gloria or they need an additional tower. This is a heavily populated area with dense tall trees. Try harder AT&T!Was this review helpful to you?

Very poor reception quality, calls drop frequently in this area. It is annoying / frustrating / hassling by having this trash service. Customer service representatives their supervisors, manager all are selfish. They always try to ignore the client who is suffering from their service. They intimidate clients, lead them in the wrong direction and let the client suffer. They don't really solve the problem and always talk about the contract. They have too many errors in their contract which should change ASAP. I am trying to find a way to take them to the court so they can learn a little bit about to respect their clients and their hard earned money that they are really dumping in trash AT&T. I have so many things to share but it never going to end at the current situation. So please always check the coverage area whenever you are making a contract with any of your cell phone service provider company. Very poor service. Constantly having to walk outside to get at least 3 bars, but then will go down to 1 bar and the other person can't hear me. Failed calls constantly. Called AT&T to report problem. When talking to support service my phone dropped the call. The support person never called me back! Once had to call 911... my calls kept dropping. No complaint with Verizon coverage, rarely ever have a communication issue, sometimes don't get 4g. Unfortunately, the cost is out of control. Currently have unlimited data plan need new phone they want to terminate old plan and sell new measured plan for more $$Was this review helpful to you?
