I have been very happy with Metro PCS service. I almost never have reception problems. The price is great and there are no contracts. You should switch. Was this review helpful to you?
Used to work just fine, but now both contract and non-contract phone service completely useless. Something changed about a week ago and we lost dependable signal after four years no problem. Other phone is i5SWas this review helpful to you?
Paying $150 per month for zero bars. When I do get connected the reception is terrible. Calls are dropped within a minute or so. Incredibly bad decision to get Sprint -- phone cost plus 2 years of paying on the plan for no phone service will cost me about $3,000.Was this review helpful to you?
Verizon reception and 4G are very spotty, lucky to get one or two bars most places, have to stand in one spot inside the house to take a call. Very disappointing given the price and Verizon's ads promoting their network. Like others, I had much better reception and coverage in this area when I had MetroPCS, will probably go back to them. Was this review helpful to you?
Very poor reception, often none. Dropped calls, delayed texts, frequently unable to call out.Was this review helpful to you?
Great coverage, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Again, Great Coverage, but HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!I do not complain often, but with Verizon they went to the extreme of providing the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was a valued customer for 4 years. I just cancelled my contract (early) and switched to Sprint. Was this review helpful to you?

We get a ringing phone but are never able to answer. We can get texts. That's all.Was this review helpful to you?
Reception is poor and Spotty. Im lucky if my phone shows one full bar of reception. The signal fluctuates from 4g to 4g lte and this is a new device. I thought it was my previous phone, but now Im convinced its at&t's reception. I switched over from Metro PCS and T-Mobile and to me they were all equivalent in reception. One thing I do have to mention is that when I do get atleast 3bars of reception, the phone is super fast on data exchange and calls are very clear. Was this review helpful to you?
I live on Santa Fe way. my coverage for the last year has been almost nonexistent. constant dropped calls. the only benefit I have is not hearing those annoying telemarketers every morning. it seems that everytime there is a whiff of a wind blowing the towers don't work. no coverage at all. I called multiple times and I get the same message: the towers, the towers! its been more that a year. what kind of incompetent people work on those towers? Was this review helpful to you?
