AT&T
Advised AT&T of reception issues in our area. Lots of antennas but none is providing a good signal into the upper portion of Booth Rd. Too many dropped calls and retries.

All of the problems mentioned in the reviews that I have read, has happened to me. If my phone was not included in a family plan, I would switch without hesitation. I will find out when our contract ends and decide by then.

Sprint says unlimited, get ready for agony and despair and a waste of $200 a month, after I plead with Sprint to let me out of this no reception, No voice mail, only use my wifi as the 3g sucks. A corporate buthole says give us back 2 I phone 5 free. What I say we just paid $400 for these useless Sprint Iphone. Bad to worse to low life, Sprint is the lowest after 30 years with ATT wow what a mistake.

I have T-Mobile. In Wahiawa, Whitmore Village, I get 1 bar signal strength in the house, better if I am in the yard on a sunny day with no clouds. When there is cloud coverage, might as well not have a cell phone. Then I can"t make any calls until I head to almost the Aloha Stadium(Aiea) area. T- Mobile works great in Nuuanu / Pali areas and further into Honolulu and Waikiki areas. Signal strength is full and even works great in elevators! Airport area, if planes going overhead, major dropped calls. Over all, if from Wahiawa to Pupukea, very little to no coverage. In Honolulu, away from the airport and planes going overhead, great reception!

Verizon Hawaii in their own words "we have the best service on the island, so we can charge whatever we want. And if you want 5 bars you will pay whatever we charge" this is what Verizon hawaii told me a 8 year customer. Great tower reciption horrible customer service and zero respect for the consumer.

Have had t mobile since October and have dropped 1 call. Great service and reception in Makakilo, Before having AT&T for 2 years and dropping every other call I'm happy to now get what I pay for.

In the past 3 years Sprint has deteriorated to the point of being unusable and unreliable. I use my phone for work and regularly go over 1000 mins a month. I routinely get dropped calls, even in areas where the phone shows full bars. Voicemail and texts sometimes come in a full day late. Unlimited data is also a joke when most times I barely get a trickle of 3G. No one at Sprint can even give a RELIABLE estimate on when 4G LTE will be available here. The Now Network? Yes, I'm leaving. NOW.

I get T-Mobile 4G coverage in the area, but no LTE. The T-Mobile LTE coverage is about 2 blocks south west along the beach areas. Other than that I only 4g coverage in the house and it switches to other carriers. At the time of writing this and being on the 2nd floor, I'm getting 3 out of 4 bars 4G coverage on my Galaxy S4. Calls are great but data doesn't work when my phone isn't on 4g.

I get dropped calls in my house and people telling me I'm breaking up. Customer service said a tower down but had 4 others. Goes from 3 to 1 to 2 bars. Never goes as high as 3 bars. Service Tech 2 said I'll need to get a boost like some other neighbors for $199.99. I'm NOT paying for that! A phone should work in all residential and populated areas of the islands at the very least.
