Trying to google traffic alerts and get a message that data service not available... ."try later". Traffic was crawling on freeway and I wanted to get info... ..now, not later. AT&T only had one bar. Maps would not work either. Lucky I know where I am going so losing Maps was not a crisis, but if I was a tourist, it could have been an emergency.

Too expensive. Reminders each month that data speed will decrease because we r approaching limit the past 6 mo. Is annowing. Am now shopping for another plan. I have iPhone 7 since 1 / 6 / 17.

I used to have great reception, until a few months back when they did maintenance now all of a sudden reception and internet speed is terrible. Gave them a call and they said I needed to upgrade my phone, my friend who has an s7 has the same problem. when I'm in town the reception and internet speed is great so I know my phone model is not the problem

Lots of dropped calls. I have called Sprint numerous times but they say it must be a "phone" issue, which is false, since it has happened on multiple devices.

Verizon is very good on Oahu and is good near all the Major populated areas on other Islands. However there are many dead spaces throughout the Islands, to many to try and list. If your looking for just Coverage on the Windward side of Oahu then Verizon. I do not think there really is a great provider that will give you the best coverage in Hawaii.

I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 10 years. Unless I see drastic changes in speed before the Samsung S8 comes out, I will be purchasing two new Samsung S8's and Unlimited Voice, Text and Data plans with either AT&T or Verizon. I mean when you don't even see 1mb download speed on a regular basis, its time to ditch them.

4G LTE is intermittent. I don't always get phone or data reception. My text is usually always good... the worst being delayed responses!
