Sprint
What's going on with Sprint!? I cannot use my phone at all due to dropped calls. I called them numerous times and still no fix. Totally disgusting

Works half the time. No surprise though. AT&T is always like that.

I've been with Sprint since 2005. Numerous drop calls daily. Phone is totally unreliable with all the drop calls when driving to and from work (using cars hand free excellent feature). Customer service good and they validated all my drop calls but are unable to give me a get well date. I asked them to give me a monthly credit until they fix this problem. They offered a $50.00 credit this month and I stated I will have to call every month for this $50.00 credit to validate my continuing drop calls. I thanked them and took their offer, but, told them that's not much of a credit given the lack of service I'm paying for. I then asked how much will it cost in cancellation fees if I left for another carrier. They said between $1400.00-$1600.00 (I have a family plan of 5), due to discount prices on our phones and the two year contracts. I think the cost will lower a little by turning in the equipment (our phones). The frustration is so high for me, I'm actually contemplating it paying this. Hopefully I can find a better company that has better coverage and is willing to help me with the cancellation fee. FYI... I'm in traffic approximately 2hours a day... the drop calls are usually my bosses and work associates.

Live in Ewa Beach, but travel to Kapolei, schofield barracks, downtown, pearl harbor. Never had any issue with signal, and call quality is really good. T mobile LTE is very fast, faster than my time warner cable internet even...

Signal strength constantly fluctuates from no service and call dropping to 4 dots and back to one or two dots.poor sound to other end of call with no change when originator of call changes. I was warned when I moved up here that this was considered "normal" for Makakilo. Verizon-how about a tower up IN Makakilo?

Very good reception in most of Kaneohe. Amazingly, stays connected going H3 tunnel. Some cutting in and out on H3 highway, but didn't experience line dropping. Never experienced problems on Kahekili Hwy. Low bars on Kam Hwy. near Heiia Pier. No reception in Sears Windward Mall unless you go near glass window.

I've never lost coverage in any populated areas. Additionally I've hiked dozens of hours on mountains all over the island and have coverage the vast majority of the time.

Sprint has really gone downhill, dropped calls all the time, no internet reception. Buffers all the time when listening to Iheart Radio. Doesn't even work in Las Vegas or California. Time for a change, just don't know who to go with.

Please boycott sprint. They called me and offered to credit my account for the bad reception.. They are total liars -said the tower is being repaired..4 months later horrible as before. Something is suspicious with the technology in 2014 it's ridiculous, unfair, unprofessional and absolutely the worst customer service. A billion dollar company that ignores years of loyal customer complaints on oahu. Time to file a class action lawsuit. Looking at the above complaints I think we have a case! Don't worry Sprint will wish that they fixed their problems!
