Sprint
I experience "call failure" on a daily basis multiple times a day. Difficulting loading webpages and using data. Do not receive text messages that are sent. Not even late. I work all over the island I experience issues everywhere I go not just when I'm at home. I call Sprint for assistance and they are not helpful. I've tried several different phones thinking they may be the issue. It's not the phone. It's Sprint. Sprint provides awful coverage and it's completely unacceptable.

It's a joke Sprint should be ashamed of their service on the westside of Oahu

Need to add a satelite or cell tower to increase the signal in this area. If they did this all along the northern coast it would be top dollar on Oahu.

How dare Sprint cell you a 4gLTE phone that has zero 4G service! and charge you an extra premium data charge for a smart phone feature they don't provide! And! withhold this information from you when you go in to there store and upgrade. My HTC One now lies in the drawer. I down graded back to SS S2 atleast I can get 4g WImax SOMETIMES. Still countless drop calls and dial up like downloads. You'd think in this age of digital phones these carriers would be on it. It's the phone makers who are ahead of the game. Far east countries are so far ahead!

Absolutely horrible service! The alignment of the planets is near what you'd need to get a call out without dropping or failing. Data is even worse. Messages will send and receive with a minimum 20 minute delay! If you're looking for coverage anywhere near the area, look for another carrier.

Phone reception is not bad but I stream online radio with several unrelated applications and it streams for about a minute, then drops and re-buffers. After about a minute it drops again and so on and so on.

Almost no signal in Mililani Mauka. T-Mobile coverage maps says service is "Good" to "Satisfactory", but its mostly nonexistent. Switched from Verizon, which service was OK, but their prices got too ridiculous. If it weren't for WiFi calling, my cell would be useless. But even WiFi doesn't work consistently. I know several other people in Mauka with same problem with T-Moblie.

Been with T-Mobile for 4 months now and service is generally decent 4g is lightning fast 30mb download only dropped calls / data in the country kahana bay area but Verizon and ATT don't have service in those areas either but mostly hspa in the country areas and the good thing is tmobiles hspa+ kicks the crap out of ATT and Verizon's 3g service. One major complaint is tmobiles carrier frequencies don't seem to penetrate deep onto some buildings and can be weak or non existent depending on where you are in the building and this is where Verizon and ATT are better but I would never pay for Verizon's inflated contract prices

I literally pay a fortune to Sprint and receive not even a fraction of service. Dropping calls, no internet, delayed messaging, photos won't send, no mobile network, and the list goes on... Sooooo aggravated!
