Living up on Dixie Mountain, we use a signal booster with an AT&T hotspot unit for internet. It used to work great. However, for the last month or more, however, our reception has dwindled down next to nothing most of the time. We thought it was our unit so we bought a new unit from AT&T. Same thing: one bar, not broadcasting, red light..Was this review helpful to you?
Switched to Sprint and have regretted ever since. No data at house and calls are spotty at best. Previously on Verizon and had no issues. So saved a few bucks for unlimited plan that I can't even use.Was this review helpful to you?

We are a couple of miles from the T-Mobile tower near I5 and the Gee Creek Rest Area, so our signal is bad on the 1st fl, better on 2nd and 3rd floor. I have direct view of a couple of ATT towers, I guess I should switch someday. Was this review helpful to you?

In 2012 we had below Average service through Verizon. Starting in January 2016 Verizon service was very choppy it continued to get worse then in May 2016 we got no cell service at all. Family members that have Consumer Cellular or AT &T are able to get good-average reception in are area. Was this review helpful to you?
